TWO SIRES PRESENTED TO GOVERNMENT NEW YORK N Y July 2 The federal govern ¬ ment which has inaugurated a systen of horse breeding for the puriMJse of securing ret mints and which has already more than fifty tl iroughhrcd horses in various parts of the country w s present ¬ ed vest rdiiy by the Breeding Itnrea of The Jockey Club with the sires Figinny by Disguise Homespun and Military System by Poor Boy Maud Annie The former is a gift from Mr Gif ford A Cochran of Mount Kisco while Military System was donated by Mr Jefferson Livingston Both are fine individuals of good color size and conformation and they should be welcome additions to the government stud
