CAVANAGH SPECIAL TO SARATOGA NEW YORK N Y July 31 The famous Cav anagh Special which has carried so many racing devotees to Saratoga in the past will leave the Grand Central Station this year as usual with John G Cavanagh wiio originated the service mnny years sifo in active charge It is a good many seasons since Mr Cavanash introduced this train jfor the accommodation of the racing public and it is to his credit and that of the New York Central that in all the time it has been in ex ¬ istence not an accident has occurred The train with dinglngroom facilities is scheduled to leave the Grand Central Station at 150 oclock railroad time tomorrow afternoon and it should deposit its passengers in Saratoga before oclock It is one of the most popular methods of reaching Saratoga for the great rucc meeting which will open on Monday next and continue through the month of August
