IMPROVEMENTS AT CHURCHILL DOWNS LOUISVILLE, Ky., Nov. 9. AVith the close of the racing near the many improvements in contemplation arc being worked out by manager AAinn and a staff of architects Among the new features for Churchill Downs next spring is a commodious clubhouse for use by the general public, and it will be located adjacent to the paddock. Among the features the new clublion.-se will combine a dining room and cafeteria, open to the general public. The upper part of the new clulilio-iSe will, however, be private and afford iiofcal accommodations for the Kentucky Jockey Clubs giBst? from distant points. There will be sixc;-jJ rooms installed, each with private bath.
