IMPROVEMENTS AT CHURCHILL DOWNS LOUISVILLE, Ky., Nov. 9. AVith the close of the racing near the many improvements in contemplation arc being worked out by manager AAinn and a staff of architects Among the new features for Churchill Downs next spring is a commodious clubhouse for use by the general public, and it will be located adjacent to the paddock.
