HORSE ASSOCIATION MEETS TOMORROW LEXINGTON Ky April 20 The fiftli annual meeting of the Thoroughbred Horse Association will be held Wednesday evening in the parlor of the Phoenix Hotel The terms of four of the twelve members of the board of directors will ex ¬ pire and these vacancies will be filled by an elec ¬ tion to be held during the mooting mootingThe The outgoing directors are Messrs Hal Price Headleynow completing his second term as presi ¬ dent of the organization Thomas P Hayes Lucas B Combs and Dr James C Karrick These gen ¬ tlemen are eligible to reelection to the board as are also all members in good standing The terms are for three years yearsIt It has been customary to advance the vicepresi ¬ dent to the presidency since no member can have two successive terms as head of the organization If there is no departure from the custom the presi ¬ dent for the coming year will be Charles II Berryman BerrymanThomas Thomas B Cromwell the secretary today stated that several matters of iniK rtance are to be con ¬ sidered and it is expected that the meeting will be well attended
