victories for Jockey Coltilctti two for jockey Sarnie two for Ilie combination of owner 11 T Wilson and trainer T J Henley and two for S A Clopton were memo ¬ rable points today in Jamaicas program which liad s its feature the Stuyvesant Handicap HandicapSedgefield Sedgefield the lightweight of eight good three yearolds which went to the post for tho sixth renewal of the Stuyvesant Handicap led past the winning line a length and a quarter in advance of Knobbie which had five lengths to spare over Mns kallonge at the end of the milo contest Sedgefield carried the colors of R T Wilson and was ridden by Coltiletti ColtilettiFrom From a good start Knobbie took the lead at the first turn and racing along under slight restraint allowed Exodus to draw up on even terms and then to pass a length to the front in the run through the rear stretch Muskallonge and Sedgefield ran in closest pursuit On the last turn Sande called on Muskallonge and he illicitly dashed into the lend and looked at that point like a winner but Sedge field also moved up at the same time and in turn passed Muskallonge and drew into an open lead but had to l e ridden out to withstand theeounter challenge of Knobbie The Quiucy Stable represent ¬ ative was gaining gradually on the winner at the end Muskallonge tired badly after his spurt at the head of the stretch and finished in third place Exodus from the Whitney stable sulked after going threequarters of a mile The Stuyvesant was worth 4G50 to the winner winnerThe The Cikstleton which opened the program brought out an ordinary band of sprinters Frank Regans Whimsy benefitting by one of Sarnies good rides saved giound all the way and got home first with Leading Star and Carline S closest at the finish finishS S A Cloptons White Socks and M J Murphys Chief furnished a thrilling finish in a claiming race that came next on the card White Socks get ¬ ting the decision by a short head Chief came around the leaders at the turn into the stretch and Coltiletti brought White Socks around him in the next sixteenth and the Garry Herrmann gelding wore his opponent down in the last few Kt rides ridesJYNTEES JYNTEES SADDLE SLIPS SLIPSBefore Before the field had gone a quarter of a mile in the third race R T Wilsons Knight of the Heather detached himself from a struggling group sprinted iuto a threelength lead with a new found and amazing speed and maintained his advantage to the end Jockey Itullman was sitting still at the finish while Arrowhead and Rantocas were fighting it out for second place Rancocas faltered under punishment after saving ground and Arrow ¬ head which had lost ground at the turn for home came again and beat him by a head Jyntee most fancied in this contest finished far out of it Her saddle slipped slippedJockey Jockey Coltiletti rode his third winner in the fifth race Grace E the victor completed the double score for the S A Clopton colors Colti ¬ letti put up his best performance of the day in this contest lie took Grace E
