PREPARATION AT LATONIA Turfman and Horses Thronging In to Be Ready for the Opening Next Saturday LATONIA Ky June 1 Forty carloads of race horses arrived at the Latonia track today from Louisville and the end of the thoroughbred ship ¬ ments from the Falls City is not in sight Fail ¬ ing to obtain the regular express cars most of the owners are resorting to freight cars and it is proving successful Thus far not a report of a sick horse has been received and the time required for transporting them is just a trifle longer than by express expressThere There are few Vacant stables at the Milldale track now and by tomorrow it is expected that an overflow will begin A number of owners were required to get quarters for their horses outside the track even iu addition to those fur ¬ nished by tin Kentucky Jockey Club Indications point to more thoroughbreds being on hand for the meeting which opens Saturday than ever before iu the history of racing in this section sectionThe The largest stable
