MAY ORGANIZE NEW RACING CLUB There is a movement at Syracuse to organize the Ouondaga Jockey Club to control thoroughbred lacing in connection with the annual Slate Fair. It was on the Syracuse track that Amalfi ran his mile in l:3t Vi, in September, 1014.
