July 1, coming t in ahead of the Wiudsor Jockey Clubs fitst sum-e mer meeting, which begins July IS. The Windso:-- Jockey Clubs date was set by the Canadian Racing I Associations and Devonshire, being an independent t dub. was able to return to the old custom of I opening the local season, which was dropped last year because of improvements to the plant.
