SPRING RACING FOR JACKSONVILLE HAVANA. Cuba. March 7. W. R. Carter, pre-i-dent of the Florida State Fair, and Dr. P. I. Dates have been announced from April 1 to April I inclusive. Racing will be held over the m w half-mile track built last year. W.
