Horsemen at the two tracks here were forced to get their charges out earlier than usual this morning to beat an impending heavy rain which finally m c ten a li zed shortly after 7 oclock. Fortunately yesterday was work-day for most of the racers at lx th plants and the trainers suffered little ineonveuieee. The down pour continued throughout the day and. as a result both tracks will be muddy for the next day or two. Koliert H.
