OPEN BELMONT PARK TRAINING TRACK NEW YORK, N. Y., April 6. — The training track at Belmont Bark, which has been closed for repairs for several weeks, was thrown open to horsemen tor exercising their charges Tuesday morning. Trainers prefer the training track to the main com so for exercising their horses because it is only a mile around and they can watch their charges more closely.
