DORVAL PARKS NEW OWNER MONTREAL. Que., April 19.— Alfred Richard has secured a controlling interest in the Dorval Park Jockey Club. It is said to be the intention of the new owner to increase the values of the purses and make what other necessary improvements there may be to conduct a high-class race meeting.
