Zollicoffer, owner, who ,has operated at the Fair Grounds track lor I even! years, by judge Rogers in Civil Dis-trict Court here Wednesday, Judge Rogers ordered five of Zollicoffers horses sold to meet this and several Other judgments. The horses to be sold are Duke John. Musito, My Laddie, Tipford and Toe the Mark. Jockey Thill her brought suit for ,475 alleged back pay and demanded court settle-j ment of a 0,000 promissory note, dated November 11, 1921, and running for ninety days. According to the petition, Thurber, by his contract, was to receive 00 a month for riding the owners string. Other employes of Zollicoffer were given .judgments Wednesday, as follows: George Flynn, 67 ; Arthur Roberts, 97 ; James Downey, 67, and George Waddin, 67.
