TURF NEWS FROM LEXINGTON LEXINGTON, Ky., August 9. Manager Barry Shannon did not send the two yearlings belonging to George W. Loft and the one belonging to T. J. Shaw from Idle Hour Farm to Saratoga today with the nine Miss Daingerfield sent up to Walter M. Jeffords. He had previously placed an order with Johnny Miller to take them up and decided to carry out his original plan. Miller is expected here in a day or two from the East. Three cars were received today for the transportation of the Himyar Stud yearlings to Saratoga and they will be loaded and sent out tomorrow in charge of Manager Phil T. Chinn. Jockey Wostenholm was fined in police court this morning 0 and costs for disorderly conduct at the colored fair yesterday afternoon.
