The thoroughbred stallion Sea King, by Persimmon Sea Air, by Isonomy, and twelve brood marcs and seven foals, all the property of Thomas Fortune Ryan, arrived here today from Oakridge Farm, Va., and were taken to Hal Price Headleys Beaumont Farm, where they are to remain, Mr. Ryan having come to the conclusion that it is better that he keep them in Kentucky than in Virginia. The marcs in the shipment are Alverida, Ausander, Claudia, Dropleaf, Fanny M e h a n, Maiden Pair, Mintless, Puff, Red Ruff, Rosehill, Ruby Nethersole and Sea Wave. Mr. Ryan previously had sent Irish Confetti, Nancy Shanks and Sherando to Beaumont Farm.
