JAMES MILTON RECOVERING HAVANA, Cuba, Dec. 7 James F. Milton, assistant general manager of the Cuba-American Jockey Club, and starter at Oriental Park who was operated upon at the Anglo-Saxon Hospital here Friday for appendicitis, rallied satisfactorily from the ordeal. It is believed that he has passed the crisis. Dr. Laine, who performed the operation, announced that Mr. Miltons condition warrants the satement that barring unexpected complications the patient will recover rapidly.
