FINNEGAN COAST NEWCOMER NEWCOMERINGLEWOOD INGLEWOOD Calif May 19 A new ¬ comer to California jockey circles is James Finnegan 20yearold New York apprentice who expects to get into action early in the Hollywood Park meeting Finnegan is under contract to the Loma Rica Rancho which purchased his papers from the A G Van derbilt stable last February The boy who was with the Vanderbilt establishment four years has ridden about thirtyfive races in the East but has never yet been astride a winner He expects to ride at about 102 pounds
