High Fidelity Will Be Retired To Life of Ease at Ohio Farm FarmSTICKNEY STICKNEY 111 June 4 The nineyear old gelding High Fidelity is through racing according to trainer Rollie Shepp and he is to be returned to the Columbus Ohio farm of his owners R J Dienst and J W Galbreath to be permanently retired The veteran campaigner broke a small bone in his foot and Shepp said he would stand no further training trainingHigh High Fidelity started a total of 89 times in his career and his record shows him to have won 30 races finished second 7 times and third 14 times His total earnings are 36470 He enjoyed his biggest season in 1940 when he won seven races and 12505 12505He He won five of nine engagements last year including the Hawthorne Endurance Claiming Stakes
