Commission Rulings RulingsReported Reported to DAILY RACING FORM The Illinois Racing Board yester ¬ day entered the following ruling of the board of stewards of the Lincoln Fields meeting at Hawthorne Jockey J W Martin is suspended for the remainder of the meeting and the stewards recommend to the Illi ¬ nois Racing1 Board that he be sus ¬ pended for an additional seven days for impeding Anthem and Ever Fly ¬ ing in the third race on June 13 His mount Hit It which finished first is disqualified and placed third Jockey O Grohs is fined 50 for striking Martin with his whip after the finish
