Reports of Further Labor Trouble Plague Belmont BelmontBELMONT BELMONT PARK Elmont L I N Y May 21 Reports of further labor trouble circulated through the rain at beautiful Belmont Park today Organizers of the American Federation of Labor Teamsters Union have presented the Westchester Racing Association with the demand that the Pinkerton and Stevens Catering em ¬ ployes and the exercise riders and grooms none of whom are employes of the racing association plus the mutuel employes and admission men be instructed to join the A F of L LThese These demands were refused categoric ¬ ally on the grounds that the racing asso ¬ ciation had no authority to issue instruc ¬ tions to persons employed by others and that their own employes were already members of duly certified independent unions Though no definite statement had been made by any union official there seemed to be a definite possibility of a strike at Belmont Park tomorrow Just who would accompany the teamsters in a walk out is still highly uncertain
