Until such time as San Francisco racing gets into full swing about November 12 DAILY RACING FOKM FOLK will cover the meetings at Oak ¬ land and Ingleside Ingles in a resultive regulative way After that it will give its readers a full and complete telegraphic chart of each days racing at Oak ¬ land and San Francisco The charts of racing between SaturdayOctober Saturday 24 and the time when the publication of fnll full charts in DAILY RACING FORM begins will be covered by a book of form which will be bound and supplied to the public at little more than cost DAILY RACING FORM will be published every day during this year and next year It will as usual report by the chart route all the racing in America worth reporting
