DON QUIXOTES QUIXOTE FAST MILE The Harlem racing card was one of those off day affairs whereby is served the purpose of keeping around latterday Latter-day racetracks a lot of horses that should be 9 to 10 down to 3 to 5 while Opponents price to show was 3 to 1 The latter caught his rival threeeighths from home and the pair raced to the wire under whip and spur Oppon Opponent ¬ ent Kent winning As the tail onders ponders passed the judges stand the race being over the stable boy known as Clarence on Virginia Brad leys lays horse fell off but landed unhurt upon his faet feat The horse Second Satsuma third So they ran to the last eighth where Satsnma Satsuma looked to be winning as Dunois Dubois and Lady Cailahan Callahan wore sure to dio dido off having all the way raced each other At the last sixteenth whero hero all the horses except Tranby Tabby wore lupped upped on J Reiff Riff who had been lying fourth with Don Quixote all the way unloosed his wrap and his horse shot away from the
