BLUE GRASS FARMS CHANGE HANDS Lexington Ky January 25 Fletcher Driver son inlaw of Thomas II Stevens owner of Walnut Hill Stud today bought the farm of 248 acres of the late Edward Ayres near Spring Station Woodford County Mr Driver will take possession Marcli 1 and will establish there a thoroughbred stud of his own Mr Stevens has sold Walnut Hill Farm trt R R Early of this city and will sell off all of his possessions with the exception of his thoroughbred horses which include the stallion Wadsworth a number of broodmares and young racers He has not decided as yet where he will locate Wadsworth and the mares but lie will continue to race the young ¬ sters Mr Early will devote the farm to agricultural uses usesTrainer Trainer Bub May left here this morning for Douglas Park Louisville with his string of eighteen twoyearolds Sixteen thoroughbreds six the prop ¬ erty of W II Fixer live owned by Captain Jim Williams four belonging to John S Ward and one owned by II S Overtoil will leave here tomorrow afternoon for Jacksonville In the Williams strin is the twoyearold halfbrother to Waldo Wink Williams will train him
