IMPROVEMENTS AT KUPFRIAN PARK Pensaeola Fla October 28 Tin race meeting to be held hero this winter will open November 24 Thanksgiving Day and continue for thirty days Tampa will follow with a sixtydays meeting Visi ¬ tors to Kupfrian Park will not recognize the old track as the improvements that have been made completely change its appearance The track has been widened and is now a sixtyfoot course instead of thirty Two hundred new stalls have been built and a modern grandstand has taken the place of the old structure The management has secured the following to officiate J J Burke presiding judge E C Smith associate judge and racing secretary W 31 Murray starter and John Campbell clerk of the scales The program books for the first week or ten days will be issued the coming week J U Strode is now here making preparations for the re ¬ ception of horsemen who will come to Kupfrian Park
