GOVERNOR WONT PERMIT BETTING. Oklahoma City., Okla., March 17. "There will be no bettiug of auy kind ou any race track in Okla-home as long as I am governor of this state," said Governor Cruce when asked if he would permit betting at the proposed spring race meeting at Tulsa. "If gambling In any form is attempted at the track and the county officials neglect to do i their duty, I will declare the place under martial law and put General Canton and the state militia in charge," continues the governor.
