P T CHINN INDEFINITELY SUSPENDED BALTIMORE Md April 23 The Maryland State Racing Commission at a meeting held yester ¬ day took up the FreemanChinnHeupel case and as a result of their investigation the suspension against C N Freeman was continued until De ¬ cember 31 The ruling against P T Chinn was that he be indefinitely suspended and that the suspension against the jockey be continued It is said that jockey Heupel made a confession that lie pulled Nohant in the race that Vulcanize won and Gur ¬ gling Water finished second and that an envelope containing 300 was handed to him by jockey A Johnson before the race for pulling the horse In his previous race Nohant was claimed by C N Freeman from P T Chinn and the supposition is that Chinn still owned the horse
