DWYERCUSHING BET A DRAW DRAWStarter Dastard Starter Dick Dwyer and Timer Jim Gushing of Harlem had a bet that was fall of perplexity and noise It was about the proper display of time Both were right and both were wrong Tte Tate error came out of the imperfect action of the timing device It neglects punctuation in its action The bet was left to the deciiion of the editor of DAILY RACING FORM Ho decides that there is not any definite action for a deci dec ¬ sion scion that the bet is dead and that each party draw back the money be wagered
