ho was outrun the first part of it On the stretch turn he seemed hopelessly beaten but responded gamelj gamely and won handsomely in a terrific drive Batten ran a cracking good race too He was under press ¬ ure cure the last quarter and stood it gamely Ailyar Halyard was peibaps periapts used too much the first part of it and tired badly the last eighth Hardy Pardee Parsee finished strong and unfortunate in getting away She perhaps ran the best race Loyaletta Loyalty was raced co pieces the first five furlongs This filly can win at a shorter route Carrie P met with an accident and was others as they finished Moncreith Noncredit was scheduled to start and went to the post where he was kiqked kicked by Madrilene Marlene The coH oH was excused all beta declared off and the usual placed in a softer spot but evidently his party thought he was good enough to beat the Dare kind Abe Furst Furs seems to be an awful coward He stopped almost to a walk the last seventy yards and after the race was tired enough to lie down Treachery finished strong Her race was a good one Osmon Olson bolted across the track at the start and almost threw Harry Gaines over the fence fenceScratched
