best but with riders reversed Boney Bony Boy would have won Turner displayed excellent horsemanship on Jinks He rated the filly nicely in front and when Boney Bony Boy got to him in the stretoh stretch he kept his wits about him and saved Jinks for the final effort in the last twenti twenties yards It was certainly a clover piece of riding Rose did the best he knew how but did not eeem to have the strength to help Boney Bony Boy on the end Doremus Dorms off in the rear division and clearly outrun the first part ef it finished with a rush He finished on his own courage too little Reiff Riff being too tired to hold his head up Under a powerful finish Approval came strong Sevens did aot oat relish the going L Pillott Pilot Jr was at home in it and showed some speed He quit badly
