NOTES OF THE TURF. An order to refuse the entry of Banish, Gomez, Gold Top and Shuttlecock until they have been schooled into the habit of good behavior at the post, was registered at the New Orleans track Wednesday. They and some of the jockeys had given starter Fitzgerald a power of trouble. Of the jockeys Maher was set down for two days and Frost, OConnor and Troxler fined 5 each. Tommy Murphy, the champion plater of racehorses, has sold to Dan McCarty a three-year-old colt by Racine from Prize a good race mare and dam of the winner Credo, by Cheviot.
