JOCKEY TKOXIiER RUIiED OFF. New Orleans, La., March 10. As a result of their investigations the stewards today ruled jockey R. Troxler off the turf. J. Troxler hia brother, agent and manager, was suspended indefinitely. The stewards also notified jockey Songer that he would not be permitted to ride at New Orleans in the future. Songers handling of well played horses today was very bad in appearance. Presiding Steward J. Rees announced that no charges have been filed by Frank Reagan against Will Wallace connecting him with the Lexington Selling Stake affair. The stewards also disqualified Frelinghuysen from third money in the Lexington Selling Stakes, which goes to Alex.
