She has worked very fast and is probably a high class one. Tanobe was lucky and ran above the mark. Bamboulia got off well and showed speed to the stretch, but stepped when challenged. Mountebank can do better. St. Agnes ran her race She is inferior. Glissando showed some speed, but is not fit yet. The others appear to be of little merit. Andrisa, place, 1 to 2. Our Climate was best, took his hurdles well and was generally lucky. Tom Smith ran an honest and improved race. He will do well over the timber. Durwad closed a lot of ground in the last three furlongs. Three Forks is about ready. He was badly ridden. Major S. ran far below the mark. St. Jacob is not in form. Joe Cottons race ws a horror. Colonial Dame was badly ridden. She can do better. Scratched 10850 Tortoni, 150; 10845Tyro. 147. Overweights Alien, 5 pounds. Our Climate, place, evens; show, 1 to 2. Vmcitor was the best horse, but was not wound up for a bruising race and lost through being short. The race should improve him. Henry C. ran to his best form. Granger was probably in to be fitted for a jumping race. The others were much outclassed. Scratched 10850 Two Cheers. 121. McFarlane, place, 7 to 5; show, 3 to 5. With the best of the weights and a track that suited him in his favor he held the race safe throughout. OConnell ran a good honest race but was overweighted. Good Hope is hotter than she has been rated and her race was a good one. Sam McKeevers race was a bad one, due probably to his recent Bickness. Limewater was Bhort and his race far below the mark. Rubicon, place, 1 to 2. OConnell, place, 6 to 5. Good Hope, show, 7 to 10.
