Mischievous ran a corking good race after a slow beginuing. Last Cords race was surprising, but Clawson rode a very strong finish. There was some interference through the stretch and it seemed that Mischievous and Last Cord fouled Mr. Jersey and Stuart. No foul was claimed, however. Stoart is still a bit short, but should win soon. Colonel Roosevelt closed a big gap in the stretch, He is not ready.
