California J. C. Rulings. Mr. Robert B. Milroy has forwarded to Secretary Hopper the following list of persons ruled off or suspended by the California Jockey Club of which Mr. Milroy is secretary. The CaUfornia Jockey Club is not a member of the American Turf Congress, but by reciprocal agreement its rulings aro respected and given fuU effect on Turf Congress tracks.
