PEKSONS RULED OFF. Covington, Kt., July 19, 1899. Find below corrected list of ruled off, suspended and expelled persons from the Pacific Coast Jockey Club : J. Burns, B. Sheppard, A. Stanford and John Coyle, jockeys, ruled off. R. Cairns, J. Wilkins and Doc Tuberville, jockeys, indefinitely suspended. H. Cooper, owner; A. Nickells and F. E. Mul-hollaud, trainers, expelled. E. C. Hoppsb, Secretary. Covington. Ky., July 25, 1899. The following persons have been ruled off and susponded by the St. Louis Fair Association: 1897 C. Johnson, jockey, Dick Young, Brad ford Blevins, Jerry Downing, trainer, ruled off. Dr. C. S. Herbert alias J. C. Davis and O. A. Arthur, trainer, and H. L. Wasson, agent, account, Littlo I Am ringing case. 1893 The following jockeys were indefinitely suspended : A. Warren, C.Clay, Tip Leigh, J. Snell, O. Jj. Elliott and Archie Mclntyre, the latter suspended for all but his employer, W. P. Magrane. 1899 T. B. Watts, owner and trainer. The above are an addition to those already scut. E. C. HoprEE, Secretary. Covington, Ky., July 28, 1899. I have recoived notice of the following rulings from the Chicago Racing Association Hawthorne : Jockey J. Rutter, suspended indefinitely for suspicious actions and getting left on the horse Uhler on July 12. Recommended that the License Committee revoke his license. Jockey T. McNickle, suspended indefinitely for ride on horse King Bermuda; same recommendation as to revoking license. Jockey Charles Melton, suspended indefinitely for ride on horse The Winner; same recommendation as to revoking license. For inconsistent racing the further entry of the following horses will be refused: The Dauphin, Bobert Bonner, Einer, Hardly and Uarda. E. C. Hoppee, Secretary. Covington, Ky., August 2, 1899. The following jockey licenses have been revoked by the License Committee on recommendation of the judges of the Chicago Jockey Club, viz.: T. Rutter, Charles Melton, T. McNickle. E. C. C. HorPEE, Secretary. Covington, Ky., August 22, 1899. Tho Chicago Jockey Club notifies me of the following rulings : Jockey T. Bisping, indefinitely suspended. Wood Hoffman, owner, fined 00 and his stable suspended for thirty days for . misrepresentation in Duffy license case.
