Catastrophe was well ridtfon and came with and well timed rush at the end. The gslding was the best and was going h way at the finish. Jennie F. had fine speed, bnt the route was a trifle too far for her. Bine Lick had no excuses. He was lucky n getting through on tbe rail all the way, but could not get up in tbe stretch. Evidently Hanliebts hard race Thursday took the edge from her speed. She showed none at all. Winner Ch f, by Ragnarok Georgia M. P stl2 minutes. Start good. Won easing up; second and third were driving. Georgia won running away. Blie is a grod filly and the price against her was out of line. Perhaps Mc Joy Dt -was the cause of this; He, however, rede a fine race. Andes finished with a rush and ran a much better race than he did when last out. Antiquary was raced into snbmissirn the first half trying to stay with Georgie. Fausturo was in no condition to race. He seemed moon-blind in the paddock, was badly kicked at tbe post and after tbe race appeared very lbme. Rose Apple was too much used in tbe first half and naturally tired at tbe end. Overweights Miss Stanton, 5 pounds. Gecrgie place, 3 to 1; sbow, 7 to 5. Andes, place, 4 to 1; show, 8 to 5. Antiquary, place, 9 to 10; show, out. Winner B. c, by Morello Bonnie Leaf. Post 10 minutes. Start good. Won easing up; Eecond in a mild drive: third and fourth driving bard. Richard J. outclassed his field and won as he pleased. He is tbe befct sprinter at the local tracks. There never was a spot in the road that Richard J. could not go to the front. Tnlla Fcnso seems sour. She spoiled eeveial starts and acted badly generally. Little Jack Horner, although outclassed, showed a fine turn of speed. He hung on gamely, tco, at the end. Abe Furst looks tine, but is a rogue and will not do his best. Mark Brown Yail in lower company. She was right there all the way. Scratched 142932Tnlane. 96 Overweights Little Jack Horner, 41 pounds. He ran a cracking good race and Trotter rode him w ell. Unsightly is not as good as she was earlier in tho season. Sho got a flying start and had no excuses. Burns rode like a demon, but could not make the filly last long enough to 6tell off Man of Honors rush. Decoy got into a jam on tbe far turn and was roughly treated. Macie Mareo was right there. Erla dOr was bad j interfered with at the start and never recovered. Yoloco shoved no speed. Orletta did, but could not carry it far. Overweiehts Jeff, 4 pounds.
