The lattpr ran a good race, and had he not ben hampered vonld have given Innt va tor an argument. Olebmn is fst, but seems faint-hearted. Tom Gilmore had no chanco from where he got away. After going the first mile he had the others safely beaten. Chancery liked the sloppy going, showed fine speed and mucin a gume struggle through the stretch. Only a bad ride kept Monoogah from being second. Patterson let him swerve badly throngh the stretch. Holdup was raced into submission by Chunceryin the first seven furlongs. Loyal Prince did fairly well. So did Uncas, who was overweighted. May Beach never was of much account in the mnd, and taking everything into consideration, her race was not so far out of line. He is nowhere near the good horse ha used to be. Elidad made hp a lot of ground throughout and finished like a cyclone. Tillie W. ran a good, game rc. So did Jimp, who was knock d completely out of it on the first turn. 1 he latter does not fency a mucdy track. Catastrophe and JeBBie Jarboa both did wU bb far as thpy went. There was a general mix-up on the first turn. In this King Bermuda Buffered a lot. This horse f-eems to have gone back. She stood a terrific drive all through the stretch gamel . Supreme tnowed speed, but qait bidly under pressure in the stretch. Yolbco ran a baa iace.
