Margato, a two-year-old bay colt, a half brother to Clifford, ran a few fair races thiB year, and is expected to show up well next season. There is a two-year-old colt by Albert Luminous among the lot, and a number of good yearlingB, which are bred choicely enough to show up well later. A big, strong-looking chestnut filly, by Tea Tray Cinderella, a half sister to Plaudit and Hastings, appears to have plenty of Bpeed and staying powers; a brown yearling colt, by Tiurnament Indian Maid; a bay colt, by 8t. Leonards Glen Fairy; bay colt, by Bt. Leonards Glide ; chestnut colt, by St. Leonards Lucille; chestnut colt, by Charaxus Eola ; chestnut filly, by Kingston Lillie; bay colt, by Charaxns Vigile, and a bay colt, by CharaxnB Ethie, complete the list of yearlings in the string. The showing made by the get of Albert this year is quite remarkable, and shows what may be expected of the sire of Mesmerist, the bsst two-year-old of 99, in the future. They have, without exception, Bhown up well, and while at this time everything iB uncertain with yearlings, there is little doubt but what Albexts fame bb a sire will have greatly increased owing to the performances of what are now yearlings next season.
