OAKWOOD HANDICAP WEIGHTS. Yesterday Secretary Howard made public the weights allotted the horses engaged in the Oak-wood Handicap, which will be the star attraction at Washington Park next Saturday Ban-nockburn has been assigned the distinction of being top-weight, a position his doughty deeds down east last year and at San Francisco last winter richly earned for him. From his 1.6 pounds impost the weights are equitably graded down to The Lady In Blue and other lightweights, at 90 pounds. The Oak wood has always furnished a splendidly contested race of most interesting type, and it will do the same this year. The distance is 1 1-8 miles.
