POCKET FORM BOOKS DAILY RACING FORM now has for sale and will issue nightly to subscribers only sheets for a condensed pocket book of local form which can reach subscribers at 900 oclock p m of each racing day Subscribers will be required to buy a stout cloth cover and device with patent eyes and pins price 1 leave their names and be identified by our distributing agents before nightly sheets are delivered to them The first books will contain the racing charts of a few days inserted so as to in ¬ struct subscribers as to future use From day to day these sheets can be insert ¬ ed so that a complete pocket book of local form is made up each evening The book is built to last the entire season The copyrighted index numbers of DAILY RACING FORM will be used in tho charts and entries so that a complete connection with DAILY RACING FORM and its monthly publications will be made The title of the new publication will be Chicago Racing Form It will be a copyrighted publication with a registered title Copies of each days charts and the indexed entries of the following day will be on sale at 10 cents each the evening of each racing day at 9 oclock at the following places DAILY RACING FOESI 124 and 126 Fifth avenue Saratoga Hotel News Stand Auditorium Annex Great Northern Hotel Wellington Hotel Palmer House Fitz patricks 22nd street T McGauley 82 So Hal sted H Fash 516 W Madison Gores 365 W Madison Bastiana 989 W Madison Carrolls 194 N Clark
