SPECIAL RULE RULETrainers Trainers jockeys and apprentices holding licenses for tho current year granted prior to tho 18th of March 1901 shall be recognized by all Association to which these rules apply Other trainers jockeys and apprentices must on and after the said 18th of March 1901 be licensed by the Stewards of the Western Jockey Club
