KINLOCH PARK In yesterdays issue of DAILY RACING FOEM General Manager Joseph A Murphy advertised the general conditions that will govern racing during the forthcoming meeting at Einloch Park which begins next Saturday August 17 and will continue until September 14 It is bard to see how a more efficient and experienced staff of racing officials could have been se ¬ lected Mr Murphy will be presiding judge with 3d ward C Hopper secretary of the American Turf Congress as his associate Capt J H Bees will be chairman of the Board of Bacing Stewards assisted by Wilson P Hunt and Charles McLaren while our local starters Dwyer and Holtman will alternate as Sag wlelders John B Dillon being clerk of the course Such an equipment should be sufficient to inspire confidence and win the approval of the racing element in any community communityIt It is announced that the betting ring is open to all reputable bookmakers at the customary rate of 8100 per day and as bookmakers are protected by law in Missouri it seems a good opening for the knights of chalk and chain oli
