Huzzah showed the most speed for the entiro route and the result was never in doubt. Lucy Locket waB tiring fast at the end and would hate been beaten for second place in another stride by St. Tammany. The latter came with a whirl at the end on the inside rail and was fairly running past horses. He made up much ground while coming down the last quarter. Foray tired somewhat in the closing strides. Tommy Foster came fast in the last eighth. He was badly cut off juBt before turning for home but got through in the natural spread at the head of the Btretch. Cnthbert ran head and head to the last hundred yards where the latter faltered, and the former appeared to ba a handy winner, but Andes came with a cyclonic rush at the end and almost nipped Master Mariner on the post. Andes awakened with a start and ran one of the best races of his life. St. Cnthbert ran his race. He does not appear to like a stiff argument. Toah finished fast. Rival Dare was well tired when an eighth out. Yelma Clark ran a good race and ia ready to win when placed right. Scratched-27760 Pencil Me, 97. Overweights Master Mariner, 11 pounds. The latter came strongly at the end and, altogether, ran a good race. About was right thore for seven furlongs and then fell away beaten. Captain Hamm ran a-cracking good race but was tiring at the end and would have lost third place in another Btrida to King Dellis. The latter finished strongly.
