TURF CONGRESS DISSOLVED. The laBt annual meeting of tbe American Turf Congress took place at the Wellington Hotel yesterday, the Washington Park Club, Chicago Jockey Club. Harlum Jockey Club, Latonia Jockey Club, New Memphis Jockey Club, Nw Louisville Jockey Club and New Louisiana Jockey Club being represented. It was a formal affair with little to do. After disposing of tho funds on hand a resolution to declare the American Turf Congress dissolved was unanimously adopted, and tho organization that so long ruled western racing passed out of existence.
