Gold Meeker and Gulden Cottage quickly drew out and ran as a team to the far turn, where Gold Seeker pulled to the front, winning a good race without urging. He is a tremendously fast colt but somewhat undersized. Caughnawaga put up a very game fight at the finish and will show to much better advantage in strong and vigorous hands. Golden Cottage followed the winners terrific early pace stoutly and displayed unexpected gamanssB at tho ond. Highlander probably favors a heavy track. Namtor showed improvement, closing a gap, and was going well at the end. Peninsula and Andy Williams had no chance at the start. Lady Chorister had a lot of reserve speed almost throughout but too much uso was made of her under poor handling and she was tiring at the end. Little Daisy closed up with a great rush in tho stretch and just failed to get up. Intrusive was easily outrun, oven in the first half, by the winner and his raco was bad. Fatalist ran up to his best form. Armor got off badly and is a bad horse. Scratched 28429 Potente, 100. Lady Chorister, show, 7 to 10. Little Daisy, Bhow, 7 to 10. Jessie 8. was tho only contender and is speedy on the iiat and a safe jumper. Miss Mitchell ran a remarkably good race through the field and will be heard from, bir Hubert ran badly. Last Cord tired at the ond of a mile and a quarter Cheesemito lost many lengths when she struck the Liverpool. Cock Robin was leading the field and jumping like a bird, when ho bolted on the turn.
