She Bhowed a lot of BDeed, but had no chance to beat the winner. Corinne Uoland was right there all the way, but was tiring at the end: Appa and Mary Pine showed early speed. Won easily; Becond handily. Goal Bunner was much the beBt and he had to bs, as he got off poorly and was almost last when going down the backstretch. He picked his field up gradually thereafter and got to the lead in the last sixteenth. Hi Nocker finished Btoutly and was much the bast of the others. Henry Burt Bhowed hiB usual turn of speed, but was well Bpent in the last sixteenth. Light Ball was right there up to a furlong out. Br nckart hardly ran his race and is capable of a much better showing. Georgie ran well for six furlongs. Constat-lator, off flying, waB very speedy and leading easily all the way, won aB his rider pleasod. Headwater was right there all the way, but was tiring fast at the end. Sevow ran a cracking good race, finishing strongly. He would have been second in a stride or two. Gonfalon ran below his mark. Mac Gyle Bhowed speed for five furlongs. W. J. Deboa can do better.
