ENDURANCE BY BIGHT SOLD. New Yoek, N. Y October 10. Jockeys Bull-man and Spencer have been engaged by Burns and Waterhouse for the California season of winter racing. Frank McCabe, formerly trainer for P. J. Dwyer, has been engaged to handle the horses belonging to the Canadian turfman, William Hendrie. Jockey McGinn will ride for Richard Croker next season in England. The groat filly Endurance by Right was bought today by John E. Madden, understood to be acting for Wm. C. Whitney. The price paid waa 0,000. John W. Bchorr states that since he offered her for sale her winnings have exceeded 5,000. Another item of interest in connection with the man who developed the most phenomenal piece of horseflesh ever seen in this country is that George Walker, who had trained so successfully for Mr. 8cho-r the last eight years, has left William C. Whitney, his present employer, and will for tne future handle the Schorr string. He has resigned a lucrative position as trainer for Mr, Whitney.
