The Bronze Demon is very good in the mud and ran away from the others when called on in the stretch. Lady Bramble showsd speed but quit as usual whon strongly challenged. Teucer ran a very good race going the outside route all tue way. Mies Aubrey is a good mudlark but is in very poor condition being thin and worn. Tanny Belle ran a bad race. With an even break in luck Concertina would have given her a sharp race. Bting ran a strong race. Lillian M. had no mishaps. Bendora can do bitter. Potheen Bhould have been closer up. With a good ride Marion Lynch would have been closer up. She waB badly ridden in the heavy going. Nannie Nolan ran a good race. Revoke was well ridden, but tired in the going. She was woll ridden at the end, though hustled a little too much at the start. Sambo apparently had it won whan fifty yards out and Dale eased him up, thinking that he had Huntressa beaten. The filly answered the whip with great gameness, and shooting away had it won before Dale could get Sambo to going again. Jordan had no mishaps and quit in the stretch. He is inclined to Bulk and be offended by racing accidents. HaB Gift ran a plucky race and waB right there all the way. Watita did not extend herself. Huntressa, show, 1 to 4. Sambo, show, 7 to 10. Guide Rock was in his element, but is practically broken down. Lee Bruno was weakly ridden and allowed to flounder in the mud. He can do better. Tulla Fonso Bulked. Wine Press is not good in mud.
