The latter hung badly in the closing Birides and simply could not beat the winner. Pigeon Post ran an excellent race finishing strongly. He waB right there all the way. Lennep came strongly at the end. Joe Martin ran well for four and a half furlongs and then fell gradually away beaten. Bummer rah well for almost five eighths.
