Horses in abundance, a strong ring, no opposition, and the fact that Cincin- j j nati has had no racing for a long time and is proBably hungry for a renewal of the fascinating sport, are factors that should serve to make amende for the discouraging circumstances under which the Latonia spring meeting was conducted.
